Day-to-day activity supporting the safeguarding operational workload and incoming referrals. Ensuring a responsive and visible safeguarding team to support frontline staff. To support the Adult Safeguarding team managers providing safeguarding advice, guidance, supervision, resource management and training to all staff members, promoting evidence-based professional practice. The team is based between two sites, Bodmin and Truro. You may also be required to visit teams within the community to provide bespoke safeguarding advice and supervision sessions.
