We are pleased to be expanding our well-established team to continue providing a trust wide Prehabilitation service.  The successful post holder will hold a leading role in the on-going development and running of a multidisciplinary Prehabilitation Service and Geriatric Oncology Service.  The post-holder, supported by the clinical lead, will work alongside a physiotherapist and occupational therapist as well as a team of exercise physiologists across the trust to deliver a service that will not only reduce complications from hospital treatment but aim to improve patients’ long-term health as they adopt positive lifestyle changes.  Additionally, there is opportunity to develop clinical skills in the newly established Geriatric Oncology Service working closely with other professionals in the  outpatient clinics enhancing the provision to frail patients If you are excited by this opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
