An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Band 5 Registered Nurse to join our dynamic, developing, and forward-thinking Adult Outpatients Antimicrobial Therapy (OPAT) team. ### Detailed job description and main responsibilities As a Band 5 OPAT Nurse, you will be integral to supporting our multidisciplinary team (MDT) to deliver high quality care for patients receiving IV antibiotic outside the hospital setting. You will care for a diverse caseload of patients with complex infectious diseases who require intravenous (IV) antimicrobial therapy outside an inpatient ward. No two days are ever the same. You will work within a highly supportive, multidisciplinary team including Consultant Microbiologists, Pharmacists and Band 7 Specialist Nurse to deliver safe, personal, and effective patient centred care.
