### Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two posts within Women’s and Children’s Services as an Admissions Coordinator and Pathway Tracker. One post will support Women’s Services (including Gynaecology) whilst the other will support Children’s Services.

This post will include a wide range of duties including the booking of patients' surgery and admissions, tracking their pathway, and organising pre-operative appointments.

The candidate must have experience in providing an effective, efficient and accurate administrative service, understand patient waiting times and RTT pathway management, and be a team player and able to balance several different tasks at a time. In return, the successful applicant will enjoy a varied role and opportunities for personal development.

### Main duties of the job

Proactively manage patient waiting times through receipt, registration and booking of all patients in line with Trust Policies and procedures, national targets and paying particular attention to the 18 week and service relevant referral to Treatment targets. To be responsible for tracking and navigating 18 week and cancer pathways. Validating, amending and improving data quality in relation to patient’s pathways.

-        or you will have successfully completed your course and have applied for a Graduate visa before the anticipated start date of your employment
