### Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity
for a highly motivated organised
and proactive Care (Education) Treatment Review /Dynamic Support Register Team
Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the team. The
successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support, maintain
accurate records, coordinate communications, and assist with reporting and
compliance activities. Working pattern will be 9am until 5pm and a need to be
able to travel across the SWYT footprint.

This is an excellent
opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys liaising with multiple stakeholders.

### Main duties of the job

The successful
candidate will carry responsibility for

Provide administrative support to the CeTR/DSR
team.

Manage team inboxes, calendars, meetings, and
correspondence.

Maintain accurate databases, records, and filing
systems.

Support data tracking, monitoring, and compliance
processes.

Coordinate meetings, take minutes.

Liaise with internal departments and external
stakeholders professionally.

Ensure confidentiality and data protection
standards are maintained.

Assist with process improvements and general office
coordination.

Contribute to process to ensure timely payment
of invoices while maintaining compliance with NHS policies and financial
controls.
