## Job Content

### Job summary

We are looking for an organised, patient, flexible and efficient person with excellent customer service skills to support us with day to day admin within the Residences Team. The Residences Team looks after doctors on-call rooms, longer term accommodation via tenancy agreements and the Bexley Patient Hotel.

### Main duties of the job

The role requires liaising with a wide range of people across LTHT, both in person and via email/phone and beyond, and therefore excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. This is a very busy and demanding service, and the successful candidate will be required to use their initiative to prioritise work and meet deadlines. A major part of the role is to prepare long term accommodation between tenants. This involves raising maintenance issues and ordering any new items required. All stock for the properties then needs to be unpacked and the property staged for the next incoming tenant. There is also a requirement to move between sites in addition to responding to daily requests from tenants in our accommodation, therefore you will be required to be mobile and on your feet for some of your day. The post is full time. Working Monday Friday, 8am 4pm with a 30 min lunch break. This will be a challenging role, but for the right person offers an excellent development opportunity. Informal enquiries to gillian.wiggins@nhs.net Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an assessment centre, with interviews for those who are successful at this, scheduled for 12th October 2026
