### Job summary

Working with a busy multidisciplinary team, you'll lead administrative support so services run smoothly for patients and colleagues. You'll play a key role in keeping daily operations organised and efficient. You will support clinicians and managers by coordinating admin processes, managing staff, and ensuring high standards of service across the team. Your work will help create a reliable and responsive service that supports patient care. What you'll do: o

- Lead and support the administration team, managing workload and day-to-day activities
- Coordinate rotas, cover arrangements, and recruitment, including induction and training
- Develop and improve admin systems to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery
- Produce reports, manage data, and support business intelligence requirements
- Organise meetings and events, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions

- Strong organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Clear communication skills, with confidence handling sensitive or complex information

## Person Specification

### Knowledge

**Essential**

- Working knowledge of range of software, including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Working knowledge of a range of administrative procedures

### Experience

**Essential**

- Demonstrable administrative experience
- Experience of setting up and managing office systems
- Previous experience of carrying out professional supervision

**Desirable**

- Experience of working in the NHS
- Experience of carrying out personal development reviews
- Previous experience of the recruitment and selection process

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- Level 4 in Business Administration or Customer Service
- Experience of working in Occupational Health team or similar
- Level 2 Team Leader Qualification or equivalent
- Word processing to OCR 3 standard, or able to demonstrate equivalent level of skill
