We are looking to recruit a team of admin support (Band 2) to work with the community nurse Team who is committed to delivering a high quality of administrative support, to work within the Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. This is an opportunity to join a new team being set up to support community nursing admin who work alongside our district nursing teams. The hours will be 21.5 hours per week over 3 days and 16 hours per week over 2 days and will be discussed in more detail at interview. The role will involve being flexible in moving across the community nursing teams were additional support is needed, answering phone calls with patient queries and referring to relevant people. Also helping in other admin and clerical duties. Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential as is the ability to work proactively. We are seeking team players and individuals who possesses excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be able to work autonomously and/or as part of a team. You must be proficient with Microsoft applications. When considering applying for this post, it is crucial that you meet all of the essential requirements of the person specification.

Full training will be given and SystmOne knowledge would be an advantage but not a necessity.
