Administrative Supervisor Office Based (Calderdale)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Supervisor to provide leadership and operational support to our administrative team within Calderdale. Working closely with the Locality Resource Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our services and supporting the delivery of highquality patient care.

This is an officebased position, where you will oversee daytoday administrative operations, support staff development, and help maintain efficient, wellcoordinated processes across the service. You will collaborate with both administrative colleagues and clinical teams to ensure our service users receive timely, effective support.

If youre a confident communicator, an organised problemsolver, and someone who thrives in a busy environment, we would welcome your application.

The successful candidate will:

- Have substantial administrative experience, ideally within a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrate strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Be confident working independently.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to support and motivate others.
- Be committed to delivering highquality administrative support.

### Main duties of the job
