### Experience

**Essential**

- Experience of dealing with the Public/Customer service experience
- Able to work independently, on own initiative and to deadlines
- Highly computer literate with experience of working with a range of Microsoft Office packages (eg. Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience of working in a busy environment

**Desirable**

- Previous NHS administrative experience

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or relevant experience
- Good standard of education, including English
- ICT Qualification or working towards

**Desirable**

- SystmOne experience
