You will also deliver unscheduled clinical nursing interventions to patients referred from GMED, NHS24, Hospital@Home and other professionals. Evidence of current post registration experience in a clinical environment is essential and Community Nursing experience is preferred. Good communication skills are essential as well as experience in palliative and end of life care. Car owner/driver and current UK driving licence is required. Car must be LEZ compliant. Hours: Various hours available within an 8 day rota. 1900 - 0800 3 shifts ON / 5 shifts OFF (31.5 hrs per week pro rata) 1830 - 0000 3 shifts ON / 5 shifts OFF (14.5 hrs per week pro rata) Car owner/driver and current UK driving licence is required. Car must be LEZ compliant.
