To be an integral part of the MDT providing direct psychological assessment, formulation and brief intervention with patients. To provide the HAHT with reflective practice, support with risk assessment and training and development opportunities in psychological ways of working with the patient group and carers ### Main duties of the job Provide highly specialist psychological assessment of patients with highly complex conditions based on the appropriate use, interpretation and integration of data from a variety of sources, which may include neuropsychological testing. Undertake risk assessment and risk management for individual patients and provide specialist advice to other professionals on psychological aspects of risk assessment and risk management. Formulate plans for highly specialist psychological therapy and/or management of patients’ mental health conditions based upon an appropriate conceptual framework and evidence-based practice.
