Team Secretary (Band 3)

Vacancy Details:

  • Permanent
  • £26,869 to £28,998 (pro-rata)
  • 19.3 hours.  Days: Wed (flexible), Thurs, Fri
  • Home First Team
  • Based in Midlothian

Duties & responsibilities:

To provide high quality administrative support in the day to day running of the office.

To undertake a range of clerical and administrative duties required to maintain the smooth running of the department and enable the team to achieve their objectives and meet required deadlines.  To assist in the management of annual leave on the NHS systems and databases, take referrals and answer the telephones.

Key requirements:

HNC/SVQIII in Secretarial Studies/Business Administration or equivalent experience.

Advanced keyboard skills.

Organisational, oral and written communication skills.

Good working knowledge of computer software packages.
