This role leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of integrated 0–19 services in line with commissioned specifications, working closely with commissioners, partners, and stakeholders to improve health outcomes. The post holder translates organisational priorities into effective local delivery, drives service improvement and integration, and ensures the workforce, performance, and quality standards support safe, responsive, and person-centred care.

- Significant post-registration experience of School Nursing, Health Visiting or FNP and caseload management
- Leading a team and managing others
- Supervision of other practitioners
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of child protection management
- Evidence of continued professional development
- Budget management experience

- IT skills and computer literacy
- High level of understanding of current clinical issues

- Masters level education or equivalent experience
- Specialist Community Public Health Nurse
- RGN/RN/RSCN/RMN/RM
